Overview

Remo is a browser-based platform for hosting interactive online events. It combines presentation spaces with virtual tables, allowing attendees to move between conversations without leaving the event.

The platform supports conferences, webinars, networking sessions, career fairs, trade shows, community events and hybrid programs. Hosts can use branded floor plans, registration, ticketing, live presentations, chat, polls and post-event reporting.

Events.com acquired key Remo assets in January 2025. Remo’s official FAQ states that existing accounts, plans and platform features remained available after the acquisition.

Key Features

Remo uses customizable 3D floor plans to represent venues, conference halls, exhibition spaces and other event environments. Organizers can assign tables or let guests choose where to participate.

Attendees can use table video, general chat, private chat, profiles, reactions, polls, quizzes, whiteboards and meeting scheduling. Hosts can shuffle guests, lock tables, send announcements and invite participants onto the stage.

Presentation mode supports screen sharing, embedded video, live broadcasts, audience questions and recorded sessions. The platform also supports free and paid ticketing, registration questions, sponsor banners and calls to action.

Remo lists AI matchmaking capabilities, including matching algorithms, talking points and personalized networking recommendations. Availability can depend on the customer plan or product configuration.

Pricing

Remo’s official pricing page lists a Starter plan beginning at $299 per month. The plan is designed for recurring events and includes unlimited events and registrations, with capacity and organizer limits determined by the selected configuration.

One-time events start at $699 per event. The one-time option allows organizers to select event capacity, layouts, rooms, content displays and support requirements.

Enterprise pricing is quote-based. Enterprise features include larger event capacity, customizable branding, single sign-on options, always-open event spaces and dedicated customer success support.

Remo advertises a 14-day free trial. Paid ticketing carries a listed flat fee of $0.99 per paid ticket, while free tickets do not incur that fee according to the ticketing product page.
