Freshdesk Omni supports customer conversations across email, chat, phone and messaging channels. It is designed for small, midsize and enterprise support teams that need centralized case handling and service analytics.
The platform is cloud-based. Freshworks also provides mobile applications for Android and iOS, a REST API, a marketplace of more than 1,000 integrations, and connector tools for external systems.
Core service features include ticket creation and assignment, shared inboxes, threaded conversations, customer portals, multilingual help desk capabilities, SLA policies, routing, canned responses and internal collaboration.
Self-service tools support knowledge bases, portals, forums and widgets. Reporting features provide dashboards, service metrics and customizable analytics for support operations.
Freddy AI features include agent assistance, conversation and ticket summaries, tone improvement, article generation, AI insights and AI agents. Availability and usage limits vary by plan and add-on.
Freshdesk supports integrations through the Freshworks Marketplace, connector applications, low-code tools and APIs. The REST API v2 supports operations such as creating, viewing, updating and deleting tickets and related records.
Freshdesk Omni pricing is charged per agent. The official annual pricing page lists Growth at $19 per agent per month, Pro at $55 per agent per month, and Enterprise at $89 per agent per month.
Growth includes ticketing, customer portals and reports. Pro adds customized portals, custom objects, advanced ticketing, custom reporting and additional routing options. Enterprise adds audit logs, approval workflows, skills-based assignments and additional security controls.
Freshdesk Omni offers a 14-day all-access trial without a credit card. Freshdesk also has a separate free program for eligible Freshdesk customers, but that program does not apply to Freshdesk Omni.
